STEP 1:  Fill up an application
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Fill up an application and submit it to our Program Director via email or snail mail.

STEP 2:  Email our Program Director

Submit your application along with an email or letter to our Program Director letting her know why you are deserving of a scholarship and what contributions you feel you will be able to give MedTek Hayward and the SPT community as a whole if you are chosen.

**Please be advised:  Once awarded a scholarship, your email or letter may be used as part of your scholarship presentation on our website.
