All incoming students must now submit Immunization Records that include the following:

- COVID-19 - 1 & 2, Boosters
- FLU SHOT / INFLUENZA - current year
- TDAP - within 10 years
- QUANTIFERON /TB - current year
- MMR 
- VARICELLA
- HEPATITIS B

And TITERS for the following:

- MMR

- VARICELLA

- HEPATITIS B
